Shipping & Delivery
Shipping covers processing, packaging, handling, and transport of your order. While delivery times are not guaranteed, we strive to provide accurate estimates and use reliable trackable methods with signature on delivery.
- Orders placed before 2pm NZST are generally processed the same business day.
- Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Carriers we use include Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Couriers Please, TOLL Express, and DHL.
- Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Multiple tracking numbers may be issued if items are shipped from different warehouses.
International Shipping
We primarily ship to New Zealand but can also service customers worldwide. At checkout, you can calculate shipping costs once you enter your destination. Typical NZ orders cost approximately $15–$20 for shipping. Import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Ordering
To place an order, add your desired products to the cart and proceed through checkout. If you are unsure about fitment, contact us with your NZ Rego or OEM part number so our team can confirm compatibility before you order.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any product so we can confirm eligibility.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the part is defective or supplied incorrectly.
- Refunds are issued less original shipping charges.
- Special cases where we confirmed part fitment with full vehicle details will be reviewed individually.
How to Return a Product
- Note the reason for return on the packing slip and whether you request an exchange or refund.
- Include the packing slip inside your return package.
- Send the item to the return address provided after contacting us.
- Allow 10–14 business days for processing once the return has been received.

For safety and quality reasons, electrical parts cannot be returned once installed or connected. Please confirm fitment before ordering.

Currently, payments are processed securely through Shopify Secure Payments. You can use a Credit Card, PayPal balance or linked credit/debit card.
How do I start a return?
Email us at service@spare-parts.co.nz with your order number and details. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you ordered the wrong item, the customer covers shipping. If we sent the wrong part or it arrived damaged, we will cover return costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
