At Spare-Parts.co.nz, we ship quickly and reliably across New Zealand. This page explains processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, costs, tracking, and what to do if there is a problem.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm NZT are often dispatched the same business day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use trusted partners to get your order to you quickly:

  • Australia Post or DHL Express handle the initial leg from our Australian warehouse, depending on weight and dimensions.
  • On arrival in New Zealand, parcels are transferred to New Zealand Post or a local courier for final delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Most New Zealand addresses receive delivery in 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
  • Rural or remote addresses may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery estimates can vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and weight.
  • All costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
  • You can follow your parcel on the carrier portal linked in your email.
  • PO Boxes are usually acceptable when the final mile is handled by New Zealand Post.

Delivery Issues and Exceptions

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • If a parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and notify us promptly so we can assist with a resolution.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays.
